For most of its life, the Chaparral Yucca is a striking, pointy mound of 3 ft silver-green spikey leaves. After 5-10 years, once the plant reaches maturity, it will shoot up a 10-15 ft tall, glorious flower spike! The bloom spike arrives in spring covered at its top with thousands of creamy-yellow, bell-shaped, fragrant blooms. Native to southern California, northwestern Arizona, and Mexico on the Baja California Peninsula.
Grown in-house from seed.
