An improved version of Pulsatilla 'Papageno' with extra-fringed flowers in shades of cream, pink, red, and violet from the first year. Once the flowers are spent, attractive "feather duster" seed heads persist. Ornamental fern-like, cut-leaf foliage completes the picture. Early spring flowering.
