Saturated, intense orange flowers in early through late summer will blaze amid bright green, glossy leaves — a sensory assault of the best kind. If your temperatures stay above 40° F then in late summer/early fall, orange fruit might ripen for you. We seldom see the fruit ripen here in western Oregon, but this plant offers more than enough excitement even without the fruit.
