Another Heather that displays a wide variety of color throughout the year for your viewing pleasure: bronze, gold, and chartreuse in winter and light green with salmon and brick-red in spring. It seems to know that lavender will be the most complimentary flower color, blooming August to October. Partially spiky and partially mounding in form - 12 inches tall x 2 feet wide. For heathers to remain looking good they need to be sheared once a year when the flowers fade, and just to the bottom of the flower. Evergreen.
