A curled, silver-blue, very dense arrangement of needles distinguishes this dwarf, globe-shaped Korean fir. It would work well as a sculptural specimen in a pot; it's definitely conversation-worthy and begs to be touched — give it a pat. It originated as a witch's broom from 'Silberlocke' in Germany. The typical rate of growth in most areas is 1 to 3 inches per year. Grafted onto Abies balsamea rootstock.
