Pretty, white woodland flowers with bright green centers bloom above this delicate ground cover in spring. Delicate, puffy, "wreaths" of anthers can be white or pale blue. Native to European mountain regions.
NOTE: These are SUMMER DORMANT bulbs; they dry up and go "to sleep" after they bloom in spring. Other examples of summer dormant bulbs are Tulips and Daffodils. Do not be alarmed when they disappear with the onset of warm weather days--given proper conditions, they will be back bigger & better the next spring.
