With periwinkle-blue flower spikes all summer amongst a fragrant cloud of gray-green foliage, 'Walker's Low' will attract both hummingbirds and butterflies. It will cascade beautifully over an edge, be it a wall or pot, function as a taller ground cover or try it in a mass planting for a billowy effect.
