How to change your customer account password

If you are currently signed in to your Dancing Oaks account, then click the "Log Out" link in the upper right hand corner of the webpage.

Sign out of your account

 

Next, click the "Account" link in the upper right hand corner of the webpage.

Click "Account" on the homepage

 

On the Login page, click "Forgot your password?"

On the Login page, click "Forgot your password?"

 

On the "Reset Your Password" page, enter the email address associated with your Dancing Oaks account. Click "Submit".

Enter your email address and click submit.

 

Check you email inbox for an email from Dancing Oaks. Click the "Reset your password" button to open a new webpage.

On the "Reset account password" webpage, enter your new password twice and click the "Reset password" button. Be sure to save your new password in a secure manner. 

 

You will be signed in to your account on your order history page.
