A reliably clean, petite, and long-lived manzanita. Dense foliage ranges from darker green in winter to more of a mid-tone sage in summer. Blooms are white with a pink blush. Particularly attractive branches with twisting growth habit and deep warm-toned bark. One of the few petite manzanitas with a naturally open structure. Excellent scale for a small garden. Particularly resistant to black spots on the foliage.
The first picture was taken in July, the second in January on a frosty foggy morning, the third of the blooms in mid March, the shrub is just beautiful all year round.
