Native to Refugio Pass of Santa Barbara County, California, this manzanita is dense with finely-bristled twigs and overlapping, clasping leaves, dull green to reddish. Clusters of white urn flowers tinted pink bloom late fall or early winter, giving way to shiny red berries. 1–2' T & W, upright.
