One of the most garden-tolerant and easiest to grow of the cobra lilies: an umbrella of wavy leaflets, and a green or purple-striped, hooded flower (spathe) in early summer. Water dormant bulbs only when dry. Yes, that is its giant red seed pod in the photos!
