The pink-tinged, white "blooms" on this dogwood are stunning--the four bracts curl up toward each other - and are sometimes fused together - at the tips to form a spherical, open-sided, lantern-like shape! Leaves are soft green with a blue tint. It originates from high-elevation, mountain woodlands in Mexico, so protection from the hot afternoon sun and regular water will keep it looking fresh.

Once your order is ready, we bring the plants from our greenhouses into a holding area. Each plant is wrapped by hand and, when needed, staked to protect tender stems. Because our inventory is so diverse, we adjust the packing method for each plant based on its size, type, and stage of growth.

We reuse clean paper and plastic packing materials whenever practical. It is easier on the planet and helps keep shipping costs down for you, too.
