More info about our plant sizes.
This is a cross between our native Western dogwood, Cornus nuttallii, and the Eastern North American species, Cornus florida. 'Eddie's' large flowers open in early spring, creamy-white and profuse like a tree covered in snow; lax, layered branching creates a mounding effect. Fall color is a brilliant red and soft pink, the pink on the reverse of the leaf. (It has shown resistance to dogwood anthracnose, a common foliage disease.) It loves to attract birds. 35'Tx25'WMinimum temperature: 0° F
