As the cultivar name implies, the fronds and pinnae or leaflets are very linear and are multi-forked at the tips in a finger-like fashion. Imagine almost every leaflet splitting to form lacy tips. Fronds can be up to 4 feet long and the whole fern can form a fountain of fine, fizzy, frothy soft green. Light enough to stand out in the shade. Deciduous.
