Bright, almost candy-colored leaves, deep burgundy margined in bright pink, also have intimations of cream and purple in spring. Rounded crown. Synonymous with 'Roseomarginata' and sometimes offered as just 'Tricolor'. Whatever the name the glowing effect of the foliage is beautiful.
Slow growth rate for the first few years. Best pruned in late winter.
