This variegated Wintergreen brings perpetual interest - a beautiful rhizomatous ground cover that has striking variegated green and white leaves with tinges of pink in winter and carries a subtle fragrance. White, bell-shaped flowers are followed by edible aromatic red berries, often persisting through winter and into spring. Taste a berry and you'll think you just brushed your teeth. Use to brighten up shady corners of your garden. Excellent container accent as well.

Carefully packed for each plant

Once your order is ready, we bring the plants from our greenhouses into a holding area. Each plant is wrapped by hand and, when needed, staked to protect tender stems. Because our inventory is so diverse, we adjust the packing method for each plant based on its size, type, and stage of growth.

We reuse clean paper and plastic packing materials whenever practical. It is easier on the planet and helps keep shipping costs down for you, too.
