This rare and much sought after selection has significant bands of white variegation on dark green fan-shaped leaves — striking...like lightning! The variegation needs to be monitored for reversion to solid green leaves, but it's worth the attention! In fall the variegation transposes to a luminous butterscotch and cream fall color.  Surprise it's a girl! Turns out this selection is female.  Limit male company or remove juvenile fruit if mature fruit is not desired.

Mature size: 8 feet tall in 8 years.
