'Chi Chi' or 'Tschi Tschi' is a dense, small tree with intriguing, corky, downward projections on trunk and branches, visible as small, pointed knobs in early age. (Reportedly, tschi tschi translates as breast.) Its fall color is the beautiful yellow-gold that all Ginkgos boast.
Mature size: slow grower to 10 feet tall by 5 feet wide or wider, developing the unusual "stalactites" in older age.
Minimum temperature: -30° F
