This hybrid of G. victorae x G. juniperina has narrow sage-green leaves that culminate in dazzling, red, brush-like flowers blooming intermittently throughout the year. Some years it has been in bloom for 9 months! Though drought-tolerant, you'll have a larger shrub sooner with some irrigation in warmer periods.
Said to have good deer resistance. Blooms for months, loved by hummingbirds, evergreen, drought tolerant and deer resistant- what more can one ask for?
