Crassula sarcocaulis is native to the mountainous slopes in eastern South Africa. Its succulent foliage can make for an intriguing bonsai, as the common name implies, or be used in xeric gardening as a low shrub. It blooms either white or pink in late summer or fall. Flower shape resembles daphne. Prefers to grow in sun with low water. Adaptable to growing in captivity as a houseplant.
Our plants are propagated via cutting from a pink-blooming plant.
