Thanks to our friend and fellow Oregonian, Dr. Keven Vaugn, for breeding this dramatic beauty!  Introduced in 1997 and winner of the 2005 DeBallion Award, the highest honor for a Louisiana iris.  Velvety ruby falls with mauve standards add intrigue to the late spring garden.  Summer water.  Can be grown in shallow standing water.
