Dancing Oaks selection, named for the bright yellow and orange tips of new growth through the winter. Warm-toned bark and small, pointed, clean, true green foliage. Blooms white in early spring.
Chosen via cutting from a field of A. seedlings sprouting after a fire. Likely an A. columbiana x A. nummularia seeding. It gets its clean, deep green winter foliage and colorful new growth from its nummularia parent.
