People always exclaim when they see these two-inch cobalt-blue bells with recurving petals that obligingly bloom from late spring and on into early autumn! This non-vining, multi-stemmed clematis winds its way through a (compatibly colored or perhaps less interesting) shrub, or tied on to a support structure it's a charming addition.
