Stunning rich reddish bells dangle from the fishing rod — the thin and elegant arching flower stem of Dierama's grassy clump. These are divisions from a choice seedling that years ago caught the discerning eye of Russ Graham, retired owner of a great mail-order nursery in Salem, Oregon. Well-drained soil is best.
