Sepals and petals are deep, rich, rosy-pink, blooming in March – April on 10" tall plants — particularly large, particularly showy flowers for an Epimedium! The leaves, lightly toothed slightly narrow hearts, emerge maroon becoming light green for the rest of the season. An old cultivar, syn. E. 'Yubae'. Deciduous.
