Bronze-red new leaves age to glossy green on this evergreen* groundcover, and bright yellow April flowers, held just above the foliage, have interior red accents. It's a tough one, coming from the upper woodlands of Algeria, slowly naturalizing to form a ground cover. Plant 12 inches apart to fill an area. Particularly drought-tolerant.
