Deciduous and cascading, this graceful shrub, 6' tall x 10' wide, has long, arching branches bearing a profusion of bright white flowers that open from masses of tight, pearl-sized buds. Limb up if you want to emphasize its veiling nature, but do prune after it blooms since it flowers on old wood. Aptly named.
