This garden-dweller really knows how to make an entrance. An early bloomer compared to other siberian irises, 'Paprikash' waltzes into early summer resplendent in shades of copper, violet, and peach. Plant in groupings with more traditional blue-toned siberian iris for a striking contrast. Relatively beginner-friendly, Iris siberica is very cold-hardy and can tolerate moist, even boggy soil. Paprikash hails from the Peacock Butterfly Series, renowned for their unique, floriferous, lightly fragranced selections. Excellent for planting alongside a water feature, or simply along a garden path. They are also bewitching cut flowers, adding a dash of spice to any floral arrangement.
