A peace lily for your bog! The Asian swamp lantern is a bright white counterpart to the North American yellow version, Lysichiton americanus, and thrives in similar conditions at pond margins, seeps, swamps, and boggy spots. Flowers bloom in spring before the leaves fully emerge into their glossy loose rosette (notably less of a petiole than L. americanus). Low to no odor. Generally dormant by fall.
