In late winter you will follow your nose to this earliest-blooming shrub to enjoy the sweet, sweet fragrance from the small white flowers. With lustrous, narrow, dark green leaves on arching branches. Happiest in deep to part shade but adaptable to some sun with sufficient water. Will tolerate drought once established Disease-resistant; evergreen. Birds will raid it for its small red berries. Plant it near an entrance or beneath a bedroom!
