3-foot tall decorative flower stalks with whorled, hooded soft-yellow flowers in spring. Leave the flower stems to dry for added interest in the fall garden. Also known as Sticky Jerusalem Sage and Hardy Jerusalem Sage. Grows quickly but not intrusively by rhizomes, and can function as a weed-suppressive taller ground cover -- after all it thrives in clearings and open woodlands within it's native range!
