Shiny holly-like leaves (but not as vicious) are full of color: green, bronze, cream, yellow, and light pink! And the new growth in spring is orange!! This is already a very textural shrub, but the almost speckled mix of colors makes it seem even more so. Noticeably fragrant small flowers. They make colorful screen or hedge "material," or an oft-needed lively beacon of color and brightness.
