A new introduction. Sharply pointed, silver blue-green leaves that are three times as long as wide with showy red ribbons along the leaf margin as the new growth emerges. Slightly hairy stems. From our November 2016 collection trip near Milo, OR. 'Tiller Azul' was selected along the Tiller Trail Highway that follows the South Umpua River east of Canyonville, Oregon. Reliably presents unblemished foliage. Handsome rounded growth habit. 

Mature size: possibly 6-7 feet tall & wide, though more observation is required to be sure.

Minimum temperature: 10° F
