With delicate draping feathery silver foliage and bright red blooms 'Hollywood Flame' is reminiscent of a starlet sprawling on a chaise. She'll attract the fickle love of hummingbirds who never stay. 

But really, this perennial gets its name because it's native to the hills above Los Angeles. It has more of a sprawling habit than clumping. Some Epilobiums lean more coral or scarlet, this one really gets RED.
