One of the best red selections we've seen, shared by our avid gardening friend—Sally Herman. Sadly, the cultivar name has been lost in the accumulated tag piles; if you recognize it let us know. The deep, nearly burgundy, flowers smolder in the late winter garden. Behold the drama! Appreciates summer water with protection from the afternoon sun. Soil enriched with organic matter is appreciated.
