A robust perennial with large, gently serrated, deeply lobed umbrella foliage held aloft by strong stems. This Podophyllum is less prone to Victorian faints during summer heat. For new gardeners who are intimidated by these tropical-looking plants, they behave in gardens like Hosta and require the same conditions.
For best results, grow in bright shade with organically enriched soil and regular summer water.
