Clusters of extra-long, slender, single, red-on-red blooms dangle from the branch tips of this upright, large shrubby fuchsia. This is a hybrid of Fuchsia boliviana x Mary done by Barbara Schneider of California and registered in 1984.
An important note: It blooms on 2nd-year or mature stems, so if you live in an area with frost it may winter over outside but never bloom. At Dancing Oaks we keep it as a showy container specimen and it's been happy in the pot for years. The hummingbirds give it rave reviews!
