A multi-stemmed, fast-growing, deciduous shrub with arching branches. In very early spring, fragrant white flowers (sometimes pink-tinted) will open from purple buds and bloom along the still-bare stems. Place this one along a path where you'll enjoy the sweetly scented white flowers in early- through mid-spring. After the blooms are spent, medium-green leaves will emerge.

Our shrub is in full bloom by the end of February. 

Prune hard, directly after flowering, as flower buds for next year's bloom form on the current season's wood. Tolerates some dry conditions but resents wet feet.
