A golden-leaved form of this elegant tree with rounded, heart-shaped leaves. On 'Claim Jumper', new leaves when opening are pink-tinged, then open to a soft yellow. If the tree is planted in all-day full sun, then the leaves remain yellow or sometimes fade to almost white! If planted in part shade then the leaves will turn green during summer.
This beauty needs a little extra care, but it's totally worth it! When young, it will not tolerate periods of drought; once it is well-established short periods of drought are okay but not recommended for best appearances. Protect from strong winds and, ideally, the hottest afternoon sun.
