Exquisite broad petals of soft, seductive yellow, unlike the other screamers, blooms in early spring. An upright shrub with graceful branches, this selection of F. suspensa is not a particularly weeping form. Summer foliage is handsome, deep green, and the new stems are particularly dark.
You will see the most blooms in full sun, but the happy grower tolerates light shade and is not picky about soil. It is best to prune in mid-spring post-flowering as it blooms on old wood.
