Towering, dense, lavender-purple starry globes up to 5-inch diameter top sturdy stems. A colony of this slowly spreading Allium creates a dramatic effect in the garden. Double the drama with oriental poppies or another strong complement in yellow or orange if you are so bold! Blooms late spring to early summer.

Carefully packed for each plant

Once your order is ready, we bring the plants from our greenhouses into a holding area. Each plant is wrapped by hand and, when needed, staked to protect tender stems. Because our inventory is so diverse, we adjust the packing method for each plant based on its size, type, and stage of growth.

We reuse clean paper and plastic packing materials whenever practical. It is easier on the planet and helps keep shipping costs down for you, too.
