The interior of the blooms is golden yellow with burgundy hash marks. The outer petals fade into watercolor tones of butter yellow, pink, and purple. Blooms early- to mid-summer.  A warm and inviting sight to behold; like seeing a dear friend after many days or years have trickled away in the hour-glass of life.

Mature size: 3 feet high to 2 feet wide and spreading.

Minimum temperature: 10° F

Please note: plants shipped after mid-March will arrive with the foliage removed, as it is too delicate to survive shipping. Once planted, the remaining tuberous roots will regenerate new growth.

We recommend planting Alstroemeria as early in the season as your growing conditions allow.  This provides time for the plants to establish mature root systems before winter.

Once your order is ready, we bring the plants from our greenhouses into a holding area. Each plant is wrapped by hand and, when needed, staked to protect tender stems. Because our inventory is so diverse, we adjust the packing method for each plant based on its size, type, and stage of growth.

We reuse clean paper and plastic packing materials whenever practical. It is easier on the planet and helps keep shipping costs down for you, too.
