From its namesake in England, Hever Castle, this buddleia has fragrant, pale purple flowers with orange throats May to frost, blooming on new wood. Rest assured, it is NOT self-seeding. The foliage is oblong gray-green, and silver beneath: with the pale bloom, an altogether soft coloring. Prune hard after the first frost.
