Creeping evergreen native of western North America weaves through woodland gardens with fragrant, softly scalloped foliage. Tiny white flowers nestle among the leaves from late spring into summer, attracting native pollinators. Stems root where they touch the soil, forming a dense, non-invasive carpet that thrives in shade or part shade with well-drained soil. Tough, aromatic, and drought tolerant once established, it's an excellent choice for naturalistic plantings, beneath shrubs, or spilling gracefully from containers.

Carefully packed for each plant

Once your order is ready, we bring the plants from our greenhouses into a holding area. Each plant is wrapped by hand and, when needed, staked to protect tender stems. Because our inventory is so diverse, we adjust the packing method for each plant based on its size, type, and stage of growth.

We reuse clean paper and plastic packing materials whenever practical. It is easier on the planet and helps keep shipping costs down for you, too.
