Creeping evergreen native of western North America weaves through woodland gardens with fragrant, softly scalloped foliage. Tiny white flowers nestle among the leaves from late spring into summer, attracting native pollinators. Stems root where they touch the soil, forming a dense, non-invasive carpet that thrives in shade or part shade with well-drained soil.
