Young leaves are edged with deep purple, then mature to lush green little hearts. Very floriferous, pure white flowers float in masses just above the foliage in early spring. Adds some light and brightness to the woodland.
Perennial, semi-evergreen (in milder climates); 8-10 in T x W and slowly spreading.
