This rare “dwarf” European Beech has fantastic marbled variegation on its larger-than-normal (sometimes 5in long) leaves, and forms a dense, pyramidal shape over time. Stripes, flecks, and splashes of bright creamy yellow are most distinct on newer growth. Some reversion is expected though maintenance pruning is well worth the time. This tree is grafted. Full sun to part shade.
