Soft violet blooms dance above narrow, glossy green, spear-shaped leaves. Young stems and leaves have red veining, fading to green, then taking on purple tones in cooler weather. A repeat bloomer from summer to fall, with 2.5-inch racemes. Enjoys sun to part shade.
