Hesperaloe parviflora 'Coral Glow' is the result of a cross by plantsman, David Salman, between a red-flowering and yellow-flowering H. parviflora. The flowers are coral-orange and have yellow throats.
False Yuccas are architectural statement pieces for the xeric garden beds. Their narrow leaves can grow up to 3 ft long. They grow best in full sun with gritty soils with good drainage. Most commonly killed by poor drainage in wet winters.
