A compact oakleaf hydrangea with golden spring foliage which deepens to chartreuse green in summer and then turns to bold, crimson red in fall. Leaves are large, crinkly, and deeply lobed. Cone-shaped, white flower panicles arrive primarily in early summer, with occasional blooms into fall.
