Impatiens balansae is one of the most handsome pet Impatiens in our tenders' greenhouse. It stands more structurally upright and does not have limp foliage like some of its relatives. The top of the foliage is a handsome bright, darker green, while the underside is a deep rich purple. The flowers are bright yellow-orange with tomato-red wing petals.
Impatiens foliage is tender and may be damaged during shipping. Snip off any affected foliage. The plant will regenerate new growth from the remaining stems and/or from the roots.
